Chokh Di ran pop-up dinners and restaurant takeovers throughout Brisbane, Australia, serving Northern Thai-Style BBQ. Their menu paid homage to the Thai style of eating with all dishes designed to share – their hero dish being their charcoal-roasted chicken. It was a real pleasure photographing a few of their events.
